Summary

This study looked at how well the medication abrocitinib works for adults with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema) in everyday medical practice. About 112 participants in Germany were followed for up to 12 months after starting the drug. The goal was to see how many achieved clear or almost clear skin and a 75% reduction in eczema severity by month 3.
