Summary

This study tests a targeted therapy called abemaciclib in people whose glioblastoma (a type of brain cancer) has come back. The goal is to see if the drug can reach the tumor and slow down its growth. About 45 adults with recurrent glioblastoma will take the drug before surgery and continue after, with researchers monitoring side effects and how long the cancer stays under control.
