Summary
This early-phase study tests an investigational drug called ABBV-324 in adults with liver cancer (hepatocellular cancer) or a type of lung cancer (squamous-cell non-small cell lung cancer). The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if the drug shrinks tumors. About 232 participants will receive ABBV-324 alone or a standard drug (lenvatinib) for comparison. The study lasts about 6.5 years and involves frequent hospital visits and tests.
