First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looked at whether it is possible to give a drug called AB-218 to people with a specific type of slow-growing brain tumor (IDH1-mutated low grade glioma) before their surgery. Fourteen adults who had not received prior radiation or chemotherapy took part. The main goals were to measure how much AB-218 reaches the tumor and spinal fluid, and to check for side effects.
