Summary
This phase 3 trial compares a new drug called A166 to the standard drug T-DM1 in people with HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed. Participants must have already tried trastuzumab and a taxane chemotherapy. The main goal is to see if A166 delays cancer growth better than T-DM1.
