Summary
This study tested whether a new drug called A140 works as well as the standard drug Erbitux for people with a certain type of advanced colorectal cancer (RAS wild-type). Both drugs were given together with chemotherapy. The trial involved 688 adults who had not received chemotherapy for their metastatic cancer. The main goal was to see how many patients had their tumors shrink after 12 weeks of treatment.
