Summary
This study tested whether applying advanced platelet-rich fibrin (A-PRF) or concentrated growth factor (CGF) to the roof of the mouth after a gum graft procedure can speed healing and reduce pain. 45 adults received one of these treatments or standard care. Researchers measured how quickly the wound closed and how much discomfort patients felt.
