New cell therapy takes on Hard-to-Treat prostate cancer

Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new treatment called A-CAR032 for men with a tough-to-treat type of advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard hormone therapy. The study aims to see if the treatment is safe and to get an early look at whether it can shrink tumors or lower PSA levels. About 27 participants will receive the therapy, and researchers will closely monitor side effects and any signs that the cancer is responding.
