New cell therapy aims to control Hard-to-Treat prostate cancer

Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new treatment called A-CAR032 in 27 men with advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard hormone therapy and has spread to other parts of the body. The treatment uses the patient's own immune cells, modified to better recognize and attack cancer cells. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose, while also watching for any signs that the cancer shrinks or slows down.
