New CAR-T therapy targets tough leukemia in early trial

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment called A-CAR028 for people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or not responded to standard therapy. About 20 adults aged 18 to 75 will receive this CAR-T cell therapy to see if it is safe and can shrink or eliminate the cancer. The goal is to find the right dose and measure any side effects and how well the treatment works.
