7-Day triple therapy could beat 14-Day standard for stomach bug

Summary
This study tests whether a 7-day combination of vonoprazan, high-dose amoxicillin, and bismuth can effectively eradicate H. pylori bacteria in the stomach. About 316 adults with H. pylori infection will be randomly assigned to either the 7-day experimental regimen or a standard 14-day dual therapy. The goal is to see if the shorter treatment works just as well with fewer side effects.
