Summary
This study tests a 7-day treatment for H. pylori, a stomach bacteria that can cause ulcers. About 316 adults with H. pylori will get either the new 7-day combo (vonoprazan, amoxicillin, and bismuth) or the standard 14-day therapy. The goal is to see if the shorter treatment works just as well with fewer side effects.
