First seen Jun 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tested a special radioactive tracer (68GaNOTA-Anti-HER2 VHH1) to see if it can find HER2-positive brain metastases on PET/CT scans. Seven adult cancer patients with at least one brain lesion were enrolled. The goal was to compare tracer uptake in HER2-positive versus HER2-negative tumors to improve detection and guide treatment.
