First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study measured how far 341 Turkish chronic stroke patients could walk in 6 minutes. The goal was to create reference values and understand what factors influence walking distance. Participants were between 18 and 80 years old, had their first stroke at least 6 months prior, and could walk with minimal or no help. The results help doctors better assess recovery and set realistic goals.
