Summary
This study looked at whether the 6-minute walk test can help predict survival or the need for a lung transplant in adults with cystic fibrosis. Researchers followed 291 patients and measured how far they could walk in 6 minutes, along with oxygen levels and quality of life. The goal was to gather information, not to test a new treatment.
