Summary
This study tested whether a new diet called the 5Ad diet works as well as the well-known low FODMAP diet for reducing stomach symptoms like pain, bloating, and gas. 52 adults with irritable bowel syndrome or food intolerances tried both diets for one week each. The goal was to see which diet better eases gut discomfort and fatigue.
