Summary

This study tests whether a drug called 4-AP, taken twice daily, can boost recovery of leg movement in people with spinal cord injury. Participants also receive a type of brain stimulation and leg training. The goal is to improve walking and muscle strength. The study involves 27 adults with spinal cord injury at or above L2, at least 6 months after injury.
