First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study looked at whether adding the 4-7-8 breathing technique to usual care can help people with mild-to-moderate COPD feel less short of breath, improve lung function, and boost quality of life. Forty adults aged 40-64 took part. The approach is simple and drug-free, aiming to ease symptoms rather than cure the disease.
