NCT ID NCT07457086

First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a simple breathing method called the 4-7-8 technique can help people who had bladder surgery sleep better, feel less pain, and recover more smoothly. About 68 patients will be split into two groups: one will practice the breathing exercises before and after surgery, while the other gets standard care. Researchers will measure sleep quality, pain levels, and overall recovery using questionnaires and pain scales.
