Summary

This study tests a new 3D ultrasound probe to see tiny blood vessels inside fatty plaques in the neck arteries. These vessels can make plaques more likely to rupture and cause a stroke. Ten people who already had a standard ultrasound will get this new 3D scan with a contrast dye to see if it gives a clearer picture of the whole plaque.

Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age\>18 years old. 2. Previously consent for participation in the SECURE trial and have undergone carotid CEUS. 3. Found to have at least one carotid plaque present on carotid CEUS. 4. Able to give informed consent to participate in the study and its procedures. Exclusion Criteria: 1. Age \<18 years old. 2.
