NCT ID NCT05943782
First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study compares two modern ways to make dental onlays (a type of tooth filling) – one using 3D printing and the other using milling from a solid block. Thirty adults with cavities, broken teeth, or old fillings will receive either a 3D-printed or milled onlay. Researchers will check how well the onlays fit and perform over one year using digital scans and dental exams.
