Summary
This study tests whether using a 3D imaging tool (CBCT) to plan clear aligner treatment can reduce the risk of gum recession in adults. 40 participants will be randomly assigned to either 3D or standard 2D planning. The goal is to see if the advanced imaging helps protect gum and bone health during dental arch expansion.
