Summary
This study tests whether using a 3D imaging tool (CBCT) to plan orthodontic treatment with clear aligners can reduce the risk of gum recession in adults. Forty participants will be randomly assigned to either a 3D-planned or standard 2D-planned group. Researchers will track gum health, bone changes, and airway size over the treatment period to see if the advanced imaging offers real benefits.
