3D heart maps aim to improve valve surgery precision
NCT ID NCT07398911
Summary
This study is testing whether using 3D simulation technology helps doctors place replacement heart valves more accurately during a minimally invasive procedure for severe aortic regurgitation. Researchers will compare outcomes between patients who receive the 3D-guided procedure and those who receive the standard procedure. The goal is to see if the 3D planning leads to better valve positioning and fewer complications.
