Could a simple position change and prayer help stroke recovery?

Summary
This study looks at whether raising the head of the bed 30 degrees and playing Quran recitation (murottal therapy) can help stroke patients with blood pressure, pain, and vomiting. About 112 Muslim stroke patients will receive this added to standard care for 3 days. The goal is to see if these simple, non-drug methods improve comfort and stability.
