Summary
This study brings the 3 Wishes Project to safety-net hospitals, which serve diverse and disadvantaged patients. The project helps fulfill dying patients' final wishes to improve their end-of-life experience and support grieving families. Researchers will survey families and nurses to see if this compassionate care reduces anxiety, depression, and burnout.
