Summary
This study aims to see if combining a special PET scan (18F-FAPI) with detailed MRI can improve how doctors diagnose and predict outcomes for gastric cancer. About 230 people with suspected or confirmed gastric cancer will receive both scans. The goal is to measure how accurate the combined imaging is at finding tumors and predicting disease progression.
