First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study is testing an experimental radioactive drug called 177Lu-SN201 in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments or for which no standard treatment exists. The drug is designed to deliver radiation directly to tumors. The main goals are to find the safest dose and to see if it can shrink tumors or slow their growth. About 90 adults will take part in this early-phase trial.
