New radiation therapy targets hard-to-treat prostate cancer

Summary
This study tests a new drug called 177Lu-rhPSMA-10.1 in men with metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer, a type of prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to hormone therapy. The drug delivers radiation directly to cancer cells. The study has two phases: Phase 1 checks safety and the right dose, and Phase 2 measures how well it shrinks tumors or lowers PSA levels. About 82 men will take part.
