Massage and yoga battle diabetes in kids: which lowers blood sugar more?

This study looks at whether Swedish massage or yoga can help lower blood sugar levels in children with type 1 diabetes. About 50 children aged 6 to 12 from Cairo will take part. The goal is to see if these relaxing techniques can be a helpful addition to standard diabetes care.
