Insulin gel speeds ear drum repair in small trial
Disease control ENROLLING_BY_INVITATIONThis study tested a special insulin gel to help heal holes in the ear drum after surgery. 25 adults with long-standing ear drum holes received either the insulin gel or standard care. The gel helped the ear drum heal faster and better than the usual treatment.
