New hope for rare skin ulcers: drug trial targets complete healing
Disease control Recruiting nowThis study tests whether the drug guselkumab can heal painful skin ulcers in people with pyoderma gangrenosum. Seventeen adults with at least one ulcer will receive the drug and be checked at weeks 6, 16, and 32. The main goal is to see if the ulcer fully closes by week 32.
