New catheter stopper aims to cut IV complications in hospital patients
Disease control Not yet recruitingThis study tests a special stopper (needle-free connector) for long IV catheters that prevents blood from flowing back. The goal is to reduce problems like blockages, infections, and pain. About 62 hospitalized adults who need a long IV line for at least 7 days will take part.
