Shrinking lung syndrome
MONDO:0700001A rare pulmonary complication of an underlying autoimmune disorder that is reported in association with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Reduced lung volumes result in restrictive ventilatory defect and a preserved carbon monoxide transfer coefficient.
