MONDO:0007937Autosomal dominant primary hypomagnesemia with hypocalciuria (ADPHH) is a mild form of familial primary hypomagnesemia (FPH), characterized by extreme weakness, tetany and convulsions. Secondary disturbances in calcium excretion are observed.
