Grade I lymphomatoid granulomatosis
MONDO:0859747A lymphomatoid granulomatosis that is characterized by the presence of a polymorphous lymphoid infiltrate without cytologic atypia. Large lymphocytes are absent or rare. By in situ hybridization, EBV-positive cells are infrequently seen.
