Cataract-ataxia-deafness syndrome

Cataract-ataxia-deafness syndrome is characterized by mild intellectual deficit, congenital cataract, progressive sensorineural deafness and ataxia. It has been described in two sisters. The inheritance is likely to be autosomal recessive.
