New pill aims to help shed pounds in overweight adults

Summary
This study is testing whether a new tablet called ZT006 helps people with overweight or obesity lose weight. About 180 participants will take either ZT006 or a placebo (a dummy pill) for 28 weeks, while also following a diet and exercise plan. The main goal is to see how much body weight changes and to check the medication's safety.
