Summary
This was an early-stage study to check the safety and drug levels of a new injection called ZT002 in people with overweight or obesity. Twenty-eight adults received either the drug or a placebo (dummy injection) in increasing doses. The main goal was to see how well the body handled the drug and to identify any side effects.
