New Weight-Loss drug zovaglutide heads to phase 3 trial

Summary
This study tests a new drug, zovaglutide, to help adults with overweight or obesity lose weight. About 744 people will receive either the drug or a placebo for 52 weeks. The main goal is to see how much weight they lose and if at least 5% of body weight is lost.
