This study tested an experimental drug called ZL-1218, alone or with another cancer drug, in 34 adults with advanced solid tumors that had stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals were to check the drug's safety, find the right dose, and see if it could shrink tumors. The trial was stopped early, so results are limited.
