Summary

This study compares two pastes used to sterilize infections and repair tissue in baby molars that have died. One paste contains zinc oxide mixed with 6-gingerol (a compound from ginger), and the other is a standard triple antibiotic paste. Sixty children aged 4 to 8 with at least two infected baby molars will be treated and followed for pain and tooth mobility. The goal is to see if the ginger-based paste works as well as antibiotics, potentially offering a more natural option.
