Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, zimberelimab and domvanalimab, as the first treatment for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has high levels of a protein called PD-L1. The goal is to see if the combination helps control the cancer longer than standard treatments. About 169 participants will receive the drugs and be monitored for side effects and how well the cancer responds.
