Summary

This study looked at whether a single dose of the dengue vaccine TV003 or a past Zika infection could protect people from getting infected with Zika virus again. 27 healthy adults who either received the vaccine or had prior Zika infection were deliberately exposed to Zika virus. The goal was to see if they developed infection or symptoms compared to people with no prior exposure.
