Summary

This study tests a new medicine called zifibancimig for people with wet age-related macular degeneration (nAMD), a leading cause of vision loss. The treatment is given as an eye injection or through a small implant that releases the drug over time. The goal is to see if it is safe and can help improve or stabilize vision, possibly reducing the need for frequent eye injections.
