First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tests whether a combination of two drugs (zibotentan and dapagliflozin) works better than dapagliflozin alone for adults with chronic kidney disease and high protein in their urine. About 224 participants will take either the combo pill or the standard drug for several months. The goal is to see if the combo reduces protein leakage and helps protect kidney function.
