NCT ID NCT06927687

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This phase II trial tests a new biologic drug called ZG005 in 50 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to or are not suitable for standard treatments. Participants receive ZG005 by IV every three weeks. The study measures how many tumors shrink and tracks side effects. It is an early step to see if ZG005 might help control these cancers.

What this could mean

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.

Active substance

ZG005 (a biologic drug given by IV infusion every 3 weeks)

What this could lead to

If successful, ZG005 could offer a new treatment option for people with advanced solid tumors who have run out of standard therapies.

What could go wrong

This is a small, early-phase trial (50 people) with no control group, so results may not confirm effectiveness. Side effects are possible, and the drug may not work for all tumor types.
