This study tests a daily pill called zanzalintinib in men with advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to hormone therapy and has already been treated with Pluvicto. The goal is to see if the drug can delay cancer growth or shrinkage. About 30 participants will take the drug until their cancer worsens or side effects become too severe.
