Summary
This study tests a new drug called ZED1227 for adults with celiac disease who still have symptoms like stomach pain and bloating even after following a gluten-free diet for at least a year. About 356 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it improves their daily symptoms and gut health. The goal is to find a treatment that works alongside the diet to reduce ongoing discomfort.
