Summary

This study tests whether combining three drugs—zanubrutinib, bendamustine, and rituximab—can achieve a very good partial response or better in people with untreated Waldenström macroglobulinemia, a rare blood cancer. About 55 participants will receive the combination therapy. The goal is to improve treatment effectiveness while monitoring side effects.
